Windsor Lady Expos Fastball Association is hosting two (2) Certified Softball
Administrator Program (CSAP) Workshops, titled “Marketing & Promoting
Your Association 101” and "Generating Revenue: Grants" on Saturday, October 22, 2011.
Generating Revenue: Grants
Softball Association programs and activities are often primarily funded by membership revenue, but that along may not support your current offering to the community and sustain future growth. Regardless of the size of your revenue generation project, acquirin gfunding from external sources is a challenging endevour. In Generating Revenue: Grants you will build your knowledge and skills in assessing your needs, preparing a strategy, writing a grant proposal, developing a sales pitch, tips for Ontario Trillium Foundation applicants and a list of resources. This is an entry level program for associations interested in the basics of Grant Funding.

Refreshments will be included for all participants at no extra charge. Space is
very limited for each of these clinics, with a maximum of 20 participants able
to attend. Each participant will
receive a free CSAP Binder, worth $25.00, as well as a limited edition SAFE
STAR 2GB USB Drive pre-loaded with valuable materials. The CSAP Binder is designed to be a resource for participants,
with room to add additional information and workbooks with each Workshop you
attend.
